To help us localize Oxygen.next go to Codeplex Oxygen.next and checkout the files with SVN or simply download them. We recommend SVN, cause of eventual commit to the SVN. The folder contains the API samples(not needed for localization!) and the localization files you need. Please add yourself to the wiki under "Localization in progress"
Copy the standard english files and edit the copy for localization. Add the language code needed for your language. The Folder OMS contains all .resx files needed for the OMS. To edit these files we recommend a special RESX Editor. There are plenty of them in the internet.
Important! Keep the english words for not known translations!
You must be registered as project developer to commit changes. Therefore send us a sample of your work for review. After the sample is reviewed positive, we add you as developer and inform you.

We do not recommend any special editor, cause we don't have any experience in using these editors except for MS Visual Studio which may be a bit oversized for only making a translation. Nevertheless we looked one up for you
